Music has always been more than just something I listened to — it’s something I felt. The energy of a live crowd, the sweat under stage lights, the quiet moments backstage before the noise explodes… that’s where I feel most alive.
I started my photography journey in sports, capturing fast action, raw emotion, and decisive moments. That world taught me discipline, timing, and how to anticipate the exact second a story happens. But over time, I realised something important:
Music wasn’t just another subject.
It was home.
The atmosphere of live gigs, underground shows, festivals and packed venues gave me a creative rush that nothing else matched. I found myself drawn more and more into dark rooms, flashing lights, and the challenge of capturing energy you can almost hear through a photograph.
Eventually, I made a decision — to step away from sports and dedicate my craft fully to music photography.
I don’t just take photos of bands.
I document moments musicians rarely get to see: the focus before stepping on stage, the connection with the crowd, the chaos, the calm, the reality of live performance. I aim to create images that feel honest, cinematic and alive.
That’s why I offer free coverage for venues and organisers — not because photography has no value, but because I believe in the scene. I believe in supporting grassroots music, emerging artists, and forgotten corners of the industry. Artists receive a small free set because everyone deserves to be seen. If they love the work, they can build with it later.
I’m not here for just pretty pictures.
I’m here to help build legacies.
If you’re a band, solo artist, promoter or venue — I already understand your world. Loud stages. Low light. Tight schedules. Real emotion. No egos. Just hard work and real art.
That’s what I shoot.
That’s who I am.
