1. Copyright Ownership

All photographs, images, and visual content created by Media Images Photography remain the full copyright property of Media Images Photography at all times, in accordance with the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 (UK).

No copyright is transferred to any client, artist, band, venue, promoter, organisation, or third party unless a written copyright transfer agreement is explicitly signed.

2. Licensing Model

5. Social Media & Online Use

Social media use requires a valid license.

Permitted platforms include:

YouTube
Bandcamp
Spotify artist pages
Websites

6. Prohibited Use

7. AI & Machine Learning Restriction

8. Image Integrity & Moral Rights

Right to be identified as creator

9. Delivery & Access

Images are delivered via secure online galleries.

Licenses apply only after full payment has been received.

Access to galleries does not grant usage rights.

10. Payment & Fees

All licensing fees:

Are payable before usage
Are non-refundable once images are delivered
Are usage-specific

Unlicensed use will result in:

Retroactive licensing fees

Media Images Photography is not obligated to store images indefinitely.

Long-term archiving is not guaranteed.

15. Termination of License

Licenses may be terminated if terms are breached.

Upon termination:

All usage must cease immediately
Images must be removed from all platforms
No refunds will be issued

16. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
