Media Images Photography – Licensing & Price List
1. Coverage
Live band photography for pub gigs, small clubs, intimate concerts, venues, festivals, and tours.
Coverage from load-in to last song.
Edited gallery delivered within 12 hours.

3. Licence Grant
When images are purchased, the client receives a limited licence for the agreed usage at the time of sale.
This licence allows use for the agreed purpose (social media, website, promotion) but does not include commercial resale, redistribution, or third-party use unless explicitly agreed in writing.
4. Commercial Usage Licence
Scope of Licence
Commercial use includes, but is not limited to:

Advertising campaigns

Press and media publications

Merchandise, products, or promotional material

Sponsorships, brands, or third-party marketing
All commercial usage requires a separate licence. Images cannot be used commercially beyond the agreed licence without prior written consent.

5. Delivery Restrictions
Unless agreed otherwise, images must not:

Be altered or edited (beyond minor resizing/cropping)

Be resold, redistributed, or shared with third parties

Be used for commercial purposes beyond the agreed licence

Be supplied to media, brands, sponsors, or other parties without prior written consent
Images are delivered digitally in high-resolution, fully edited format.
6. Social Media & Credits
Clients are encouraged to credit images online as:
“Photo: Media Images Photography”
7. Copyright
All images remain the property of Media Images Photography. Purchasing images does not transfer copyright.
8. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing, downloading, or using any images, the client confirms acceptance of these licensing terms and pricing policy. Non-compliance may result in legal action.
