The Curfew Light Up Warsop Carnival

There’s something electric about seeing a young band come into their own on a local stage — and The Curfew did just that at Warsop Carnival.
They opened the day’s music programme, but you’d be forgiven for thinking they were headliners. From the moment they kicked into their first track, it was clear they weren’t here to just fill time — they were here to make an impression.
With tight, punchy rhythms and a frontman who carries real stage presence, The Curfew brought big energy and bigger sound. There’s an undeniable influence of early indie greats — a bit of Arctic Monkeys bite, a dash of early Kasabian chaos — but what makes them exciting is how they make it their own. No gimmicks, no filler, just solid, confident playing and a genuine connection with the crowd.
What stood out wasn’t just the talent, but the intent. This is a band that knows who they are and where they’re going. And judging by their Warsop set, they won’t be playing the opening slot for long.
If you weren’t there, keep your eyes open for the name — The Curfew are very much worth your attention.
