❓ How do I book you for our wedding?

Start by sending me a message through the Contact page or Instagram. I’ll check availability, and we can schedule a quick chat to go over your day, what you need, and the packages that fit best.

❓ Do you require a deposit?

Yes — a 25% booking deposit secures your date, with the balance due two weeks before the wedding. Payment plans are available upon request.

❓ What areas do you cover?

I’m based in Nottinghamshire and cover weddings across the UK. I’m happy to travel — just let me know your venue location when you enquire.

❓ How many photos will we receive?

Depending on the package and length of your day, you’ll receive between 300–800 fully edited images delivered via a private gallery. No limits, no watermarks — all high-res, print-ready.

❓ When will we receive our photos?

Your full gallery will be delivered within 4–6 weeks. You’ll also receive a preview gallery within 72 hours after your wedding to relive those first moments fast.

❓ Do you offer albums and prints?

Yes! You can order professional prints, framed images, and luxury photo albums directly from your gallery — or request a custom package when booking.

❓ Can we request specific shots or poses?

Absolutely. I encourage couples to share inspiration, must-have group shots, and any unique traditions or moments that matter to you.

❓ What if it rains or something changes?

Don’t worry — I’m fully prepared for British weather and last-minute changes. We’ll still capture beautiful moments, rain or shine.

📜 Image Licensing & Usage Terms

For Weddings:

• You own the right to print and share your images for personal use — including social media, personal blogs, and printing at home or through your gallery.
  
• Please credit Media Images Photography when sharing online, especially on Instagram and Facebook.
  

For Musicians:

• Personal promotional use is included with your image purchase (socials, EPKs, websites, gig posters).
  
• Merchandise or commercial licensing (e.g. T-shirts, album covers, Spotify canvases) requires a separate license — just ask and I’ll tailor it affordably for your needs.
